Thank you for supporting Look Good…Feel Better by watching our Glamour Reel Moments films. For every film view, Glamour Magazine will donate $1 to the cause. The three female directed films in the series were inspired by real stories by real women, proving the impact that women can have in the film industry. In honor of the empowering stories and our inspiring directors, Clarisonic made a $250,000 donation to Look Good…Feel Better to aid in continuing their work helping women with appearance-related side effects of cancer treatments.
At the premiere, we asked attendees to write a quote on our wall of empowerment. What empowering quote would you add to the wall? Comment below – all of your answers will be entered to win a prize inspired the Glamour Reel Moments film series! You can still watch the films here: Glamour Reel Moments
Whether your face is made up for stage or you’re an everyday beauty, this video will tell you whether you should remove your makeup before using the Clarisonic.
Dr. Robb says it depends on how much makeup you use. If you are a professional, using stage makeup and you are in front of the cameras and your makeup is really thick and heavy, then yes, definitely remove some of it before using the Clarisonic; but for the average person, no problem.
Do you want a Clarisonic but aren’t sure which system to buy? Dr. Robb tells us whether there are cleansing differences between the systems. For more information to help you make your decision, check out Dr. Robb’s post on the difference between the sonic cleansing systems!
Dr. Robb says, yes you will! The technology is the same whether you have Mia or Clarisonic PLUS or PRO. They use the same Sonic Technology to oscillate your skin back and forth over 300 times a second to deeply cleanse you skin, and get your skin six times better cleansed than you can by hand.
The first sign of aging that most people notice are eye wrinkles. These wrinkles, as well as the dark circles and bags that accompany them, may begin to appear when a person is still in their twenties and can become more noticeable with the passage of time. The Opal does wonders for the eye, but will it work on the rest of your face? See what Dr. Robb has to say in the video below!
Yes, anywhere where you have crepey dry skin, it is also perfectly fine to use it between the eyes and around the mouth. People love the way it feels and how their skin looks after using Opal Sonic Infusion.
We know the Clarisonic is a skinvestment, so you want to make sure that your sonic system will be with you for the long-haul! In today’s video, Dr. Robb tells us how long you can expect your Clarisonic to last.
Dr. Robb says: Believe it or not, we have a bazillion engineers here at Clarisonic that do tests on the units all the time. One of the tests they do is the “bench life test” where they plug in a Clarisonic and just let it run. Based on those tests we know that your Clarisonic should last 3-5 years easily.
How long have you had your Clarisonic? Let us know in the comments!
Clarisonic is safe for everyday use, but can it be used along with Retin-A or another chemical exfoliant? Dr. Robb gives us the answer in today’s video!
Dr. Robb says it depends on your skin type, some people can, and some people can’t. Remember those are chemical exfoliates removing the outer layers of the skin to give you the new healthier skin that lies below. Just listen to your skin as you are using it. The Clarisonic is perfectly safe to use every day, but when you use topicals that are using a chemical exfoliate for your skin; your skin may say, “Hold off for a while” but normally, every day is fine.
Have you ever used a chemical exfoliant like Retin-A along with the Clarisonic? Tell us below!
First things first, Dr. Robb explains Keratosis pilaris and then answers Tamica’s question about using the body brush to help with this skin condition. If you have ever wondered if the Clarisonic is suitable to use with skin conditions, watch the video to find out!
Dr. Robb says this is commonly known as K.P. or chicken skin because it looks like a plucked chicken. People with K.P. usually get bumps on the back of the arms or the sides of the legs. The Clarisonic is great for smoothing those out, exfoliating the skin, keeping your skin soft and smooth, and then you can apply your moisturizer. Sometimes you can go to the doctors for this condition and they have certain types of acids in those moisturizers to help soften that area and keep it soft and smooth. The Clarisonic body brush is the first step to that.

Dr. Robb answers a question from Clarisonic fan, Gwen, regarding daily use of the Clarisonic. Some people wonder if the Clarisonic can or should be used daily. Watch the below video featuring our very own Dr. Robb to find out!
Dr. Robb says we designed the Clarisonic to be used twice a day. We know that it is safe and gentle for that. There are some people that only like to use it in the morning or the evening; it’s really up to you. But daily use is fine. Remember, Clarisonic is Sonic Technology for cleansing your skin; this is not microdermabrasion so you can do it every day if you like to.
Congratulations to Gwen McMahan Frazier who has won a Clarisonic Mia for submitting this question!
