    Managing your stress is a key to healthier skin and here at Clarisonic we are all about helping you have the best skin of your life.  Sometimes you need a quick way to relieve stress and experience a moment of calm. We’ve come up with a list of several ways to take some of the stress out of your day.

    • Take a deep breath and count to ten

    It’s quick, easy and extremely effective!

    • Recite a positive mantra to yourself

    Just remember, this too shall pass.

    • Move around and get the blood flowing

    Take a moment to walk away from your current task and explore a change of scenery.

    • Listen to an upbeat song or watch a funny video

    When it comes to stress, laughter really is the best medicine.

    • Drink tea or warm milk

    Chamomile is great for calming the nerves and warming your heart

    • Treat yourself

    Do something that is just for you! Try a new workout, watch your favorite TV show or enjoy some silent “you time.” Giving yourself an at home facial with the Clarisonic is also a great way to pamper yourself and stay relaxed.
