Nothing compares to Clarisonic! Spinning brushes do nothing to clean your face deep, but when you use sonic oscillation, it gets your face so clean and soft! Spinning does not get the oil and impurities from deep in your pores. Sonic oscillation pulls all that out and you can tell the difference after the first time you use it!

Olay and several others have attempted to knock-off the Clarisonic with various spin brushes. They are just that, so save your money and get the original one and only!! There is such a difference, unless you’ve used the Clarisonic you wouldn’t even realize it and I feel bad for people that try the other versions and think they are similar. I tried the Olay and it was harsh and spun out of control around in circles spraying water and cleanser all over the place! Thank you Clarisonic for all the research and thought that has gone into this wonderful product;this is the first product I have used that surpassed by ten-fold my expectations!

The spinning brush creates a cyclone like motion in the water, spinning the water around, whereas sonic oscillation delivers more of a powerful “flushing” motion which helps cleanse pores. The fluid forces of the spinning brush simply move around at the surface level, cleaning only that top layer of your skin. The fluid forces with the sonic oscillation send motion deep into the water, forcing cleaning power (and cleanser) deep into your skin for a serious deep clean.

The sonic fuild seems to really pentrate your pores and deep clean. Where as spinning just moves dirt and other impurites around on the surface of the skin.

The spinning will only make you break out or make your skin more sensitive and acne prone… NO THANKS! The fluid forces of spinning and sonic oscillation differ b/c the spinning doesn’t deep cleanse at all, sonic oscillation does. I’ll give an example, if you are using Retin A with a spinning technology, you might as well just use your fingers to brush because it doesn’t remove any dead skin cells and the Retin A will just lay on top of that making it not as effective as if you were to cleanse with sonic oscillation. Sonic oscillation will remove the dead skin cells and the Retin A (or, any other prescriptive medication, or skincare product) work more effectively.
